The Reasons For #QuietQuitting are clear, right?

Individuals are frustrated because they want to give their full energy, creativity, time, and enthusiasm to their organizations, but can’t, and leaders, in turn, want to give compensation that facilitates employee thriving, but can’t.

Wrong.

Neither party is “giving” anything. Employment is a buy-sell proposition.

Humans want to sell their skills.
Employers want to buy their skills.

To be competitive, employers must acquire workers in return for the closest they can pay to a “legal minimum wage” unless otherwise induced to pay more by market or government pressures. Jobs tend to start at the lowest possible market level while employers extract the highest value for as long as possible.

Stop it, folks. Nobody’s Quitting.

It’s called “Quietly Leveling Up.”
#QLU is a simple and intuitive math formula.
Restoring the proverbial balance of a fair day’s work for a fair day’s pay.

Intelligent people calculate the inequity and weigh their power to get their employer to do the right and reasonable thing, increasing their wage to match the production, or decreasing their production to match the wage. They are
